The month of December brings us great reasons to celebrate and spread joy! It also gives us a great deal to stress about! The Goose’s Acre would like to help you manage that stress!!
The Goose’s Acre Running Club: Ugly Christmas Sweaters
Relieve some of that stress with a beautiful scenic 5K run along The Waterway with The Goose’s Acre Run Club. We will be celebrating Christmas on Monday, December 21st, 5:30pm – 7:30pm. The run club is free to all that attend. We encourage Ugly Christmas Sweaters be worn on this Monday!
A Visit from Santa
In addition SANTA IS COMING TO TOWN! Come share a cookie or two with Santa and be sure to get your photo taken! Don’t forget to bring a new & unwrapped toy as this will also be the last day of our Toys for Tots donation drive!!
Plenty of Good Cheer for Family & Friends
All the family is in town so what’s for dinner? The Goose’s Acre will be open on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec 24th from 11 am – 5 pm so bring everyone in for lunch and celebrate with holiday cheer! We will have 50 cent wings all day and plenty of drink specials to keep you hydrated! Our beer of the month is the delicious Shiner Cheer so make sure to get a pint or two of that while you’re here.
Unwind on Christmas Day starting at 7 pm
Now Christmas Day has rolled around and you have spent the day with all the relatives, the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and all the rest! Once the festivities are over you will most likely find yourself looking for a place to come and unwind! Lucky for you The Goose’s Acre will open at 7 pm on Friday, Christmas Day! We will have our full menu available from 7 pm – 1 am and DJ Socialite will be here from 10 pm – 2 am to get you moving on the dance floor! Drink specials for the night are $4 Fireball, $5 Rumpleminze and $4 Not Your Father Drop Shots!
New Years Eve 2016 at The Goose
Whew! Now that stress is gone so what’s next?? What’s next you ask…well of course it’s New Years Eve!
There is no better place to ring in 2016 that right here at The Goose’s Acre! Reservations are recommended. There will be two seatings, 6 pm & 8 pm. $10 cover charge 8 pm – 10 pm; $15 cover charge 10 pm – 12 am. Cover charge includes a live music performance by Nervous Rex, party favors for all guests after 8 pm, champagne toast and breakfast tacos at midnight. The Goose’s Acre will be open normal business hours on Friday, January 1, 2016 with full menu available from 11 am – 1 am with DJ Neko entertaining your from 10 pm – 2 am!
