Spectacular New Menu Items at The Goose
In an effort to stay current and fresh, our culinary team has recently added new items to our menu.
Try a twist on tradition with our Deviled Eggs topped with fried chicken or spice things up with our spicy Venison Pasta or Cajun style Shrimp-n-Grits. The Texas Akaushi Wagyu Burger, topped with melted Brie cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions, is nothing short of spectacular!! If you do nothing else, you must save room for our Housemade Bread Pudding topped with a warm Walnut Whiskey Glaze!
Introducing Our New Chef: Justin Wilson
The Goose’s Acre would also like to introduce our new Executive Chef, Justin Wilson. Justin is a resident of Magnolia, Texas and has been involved in the local restaurant industry for over 20 years. He received his Associates in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Houston in 2005. He has worked in many kitchens perfecting his skills including Brio, Houston’s, Del Lago on Lake Conroe and Eden Cafe. Justin specializes in rustic homestyle cooking and is looking forward to starting a monthly Chef Dinner beginning in February 2016.
